Tushar Naik is a Managing Director at CFGI, where he leads Finance Transformation and FP&A Advisory in the UK. He works with finance teams to redesign planning, forecasting and reporting, select and implement the finance systems behind them, build scenario planning models and automate manual processes along the way.
