Module 2.1 Talent: Recruitment & Retention

The Recruitment & Retention certificate sheds light on the critical difference effective talent management can make. This certification introduces learners to the integral components essential for creating and sustaining a robust talent management system.   • Understand and apply, step by step, the end-to-end processes of a recruitment funnel
