Aron Bouman is a senior enforcement officer at the legal department of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). Since joining the ACM in 2016, he has worked on various cartel cases, ranging from price fixing and bid-rigging to information exchange and retail price maintenance.

Most recently, he has represented the ACM in the appeals against fining decisions in the Cigarettes (information exchange) and Samsung televisions (retail price maintenance) cases.
