Grace is Legal Antitrust Counsel at Shell and business advisor to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer. She specialises in EU and UK competition law and has international antitrust experience advising on competition law compliance matters. Her work includes advising on distribution systems, joint ventures and strategic alliances, managing investigations and follow-on litigation, coordinating the merger control aspects of multi-jurisdictional transactions and implementing antitrust compliance programmes.

Prior to joining Shell she was at Norton Rose Fulbright and spent nine months on secondment at BP.
