Alexandre Fall is Head of Competition and State Aid for the European Broadcasting Union where he leads the competition and platform regulation workstreams. He advises on antitrust, merger control and other regulatory matters, including in relation to the Digital Market Act's implementation. Prior to joining the EBU, Mr Fall worked for the law firm Allen & Overy LLP. He also worked at the European Commission (DG COMP). Alexandre is a qualified lawyer (Paris Bar) and holds masters degrees in EU Law (Paris University/King's College London).
