Dr Christoph Leibenath is Senior Antitrust Counsel at Nestlé S.A., Vevey, Switzerland. He advises Nestlé businesses globally on all aspects of competition law including antitrust investigations, mergers and acquisitions, distribution, private enforcement and compliance.

Prior to joining Nestlé, Christoph had practiced European and German competition law for more than six years with a major international law firm in Brussels. He holds a Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies in European law from the University of Aix-en-Provence and a doctorate from the University of Göttingen. He is a German Rechtsanwalt admitted to the Cologne Bar.
