Emilie is Senior Legal and Policy Manager within IBM’s Government and Regulatory Affairs division. Based in Brussels, she focuses on competition policy, with a particular emphasis on merger control and FDI screening, and on data-related policies, focusing on their impact on Cloud, AI and Hardware. Prior to joining IBM’s Government and Regulatory Affairs group, she worked in IBM’s General Legal team, negotiating large services transactions with IBM’s enterprise clients and supporting a team of young professionals in closing consortium agreements for EU funded projects.
