Henry is an economist and case handler in the DMA enforcement directorate at DG Comp, focusing primarily on Apple and Google’s compliance with the DMA’s obligations. Prior to joining the European Commission, Henry was an Assistant Director at the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority, where he led remedies workstreams on several CMA market studies and antitrust investigations in digital markets.
