Partner Miguel Odriozola is Head of Clifford Chance's Antitrust team in Spain. He is a member of the Madrid and New York Bar Associations and splits his time between Madrid and Brussels. He holds LLM and SJD degrees from the University of Chicago where he studied as a Fulbright fellow. Miguel led the Clifford Chance antitrust team that secured the groundbreaking victory for the European Superleague project. He has also authored several competition law publications and is the editor and co-author of the first treatise on the Spanish competition Act and its Regulation. Since 2019, Miguel has been a non-governmental advisor (NGA) to DGComp (European Commission) on unilateral conduct at the International Competition Network (ICN).
