Dr. Raphaël De Coninck leads CRA’s Brussels office, where he provides expert economic evidence and testimony across the full spectrum of competition matters. He has worked on more than 100 merger reviews—including over 25 in-depth Phase II investigations—and has a market-leading track record in supporting multinational corporations on complex global transactions requiring multi-jurisdictional merger filings. He also advises clients on high profile abuse of dominance investigations, cartel and damages cases, and complex regulatory issues, including those arising under the Digital Markets Act (DMA).

Raphaël represents clients on competition matters before the European Commission, national competition authorities, and in litigation and arbitration proceedings. His expert economic evidence has been presented before the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg, as well as in proceedings across the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Switzerland, the United States, and other jurisdictions.
