Stefan Ruech is head of Case Division B of the Austrian Federal Competition Authority. From August 2022 to April 2024, Stefan was Deputy Head of the Austrian competition authority`s Legal Service. Prior to joining the Austrian competition authority, Stefan worked as a lawyer in the antitrust and competition practice group of an international law firm. He publishes frequently on all aspects of Austrian and European competition law and regularly speaks at national and international events.
