Uta Schneider leads government relations and public policy strategy for Avanci, working with legislators, elected officials, governmental and other agencies as well as trade organizations and industry groups. An experienced government affairs practitioner, she speaks regularly at conferences and has been included several times in the IAM Strategy 300 list of leading IP strategists.

Before Avanci, Uta held roles in Brussels for TERMA, a Danish company working in the defense, space, aerospace and security sectors, and with Diehl Group, a global technology and engineering company.

With a master’s degree in Political Science, Modern History and Governmental Law from the University of Bonn in Germany, Uta speaks German, English and French. She is based in Brussels, Belgium.
