Jean-Michel Binefa

Jean-Michel Binefa began his career in 2004 within the General Inspection department, where he conducted numerous assignments across the bank's various businesses, both in France and abroad. In 2010, he was appointed to the management team of this department. In 2013, Jean-Michel joined the markets activities as a Managing Director, contributing to the commercial development of FX sales activities. In 2020, he left the Group and joined the Boston Consulting Group, where he became a Partner in 2023, specializing in supporting financial institutions with their climate and environmental challenges. He rejoined the Group in 2024 as Head of the Group ESG Programme, leading the integration of ESG into all aspects of the bank's day-to-day activities.
