Lisa has dedicated her career to bridging environmental science, policy-making, and finance, focusing on the transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient future. With over 18 years of expertise in biodiversity, climate change, and disaster resilience, she joined MSCI in 2023 to lead physical risk and nature solutions. In this role, she guides product development and collaborates with research to ensure thought leadership.

Previously, Lisa was Managing Director and co-founder of Ortec Finance’s Climate & ESG Solutions, integrating climate risk into investment models. She also spent over a decade as a consultant on climate adaptation and biodiversity policy for European institutions and international organizations, contributing to the EU’s Biodiversity and Green Infrastructure Strategies.

Lisa holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management and a Master of Arts in Global Public Policy from Duke University, USA.
