Nadia is a Senior Operation Officer and sector lead for Financial Institutions and Funds portfolio within the Climate Department of World Bank Group. Nadia has twenty years of experience in the financial sector and investment management, within which, over a decade of climate finance experience. Her previous roles included Global Sustainability Solution Director with EY FSO where she developed sustainable solution products and advised global financial institutions in the implementation of the EU regulations on climate risk management, and various senior investment roles in private equity and debt markets, including as a financial sector lead for Indonesia with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) where she implemented investments programs aimed at greening financial sector in the country.

Nadia has an MBA from the Wharton School University of Pennsylvania, Masters in Environmental Finance and Renewable Energy from University College Dublin and is a certified Sustainability and Climate Risk management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
