Pauline Vaskou is a Responsible Investment Specialist at Man Group. She works across the firm to inform and support responsible investment strategies, representing capabilities internally and with clients.

Pauline joined Man Group in February 2025. Before that, she was at Aegon UK, where she led the net-zero and responsible investment strategy. She previously worked at Bloomberg LP as a Senior Environment Manager. She began her career in 2015 at Tesco PLC, where she worked on commodity products with high environmental, social and governance risks.

Pauline holds a BSc in Biology and an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.
