Ahmet Yenisehirli started his career in Turkey with hands-on roles in OEM commercial operations, product positioning, and network expansion for multi-national agricultural machinery brands. He managed end-to-end commercial operations, built nationwide dealer networks from start-up, and forged strategic partnerships with global OEMs for local assembly projects, while driving export sales and government tenders across MEA.
Ahmet is a senior commercial executive with over 20 years of leadership in agricultural machinery across emerging markets. Currently holds responsibility for New Holland in Middle East and East Africa countries like Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Egypt, UAE since 2018.
Drives CNH Industrial's regional market strategies focused on strengthening dealer and importer partnerships, expanding agricultural mechanization, supporting government and key account sales, and promoting innovative financing to accelerate equipment adoption in dynamic markets.
Relocated to Dubai, UAE in 2023 to optimize OEM–importer collaboration and support contributing to sustained growth and market presence across MEA markets.
He was born in Izmir, Turkey in 1980 and received his graduates Mechanical Engineer (BSc) and MBA at Dokuz Eylül University, Turkey.
He is particularly passionate about advancing agricultural mechanization and improving productivity in Africa’s growing agribusiness sectors, including sugarcane production and large-scale crop operations.
