Tom Littlechild is Wells Fargo’s Associate General Counsel, International, for Financial Crimes. In this role he advises primarily on the laws governing financial and trade sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, as well as investigations, compliance, market abuse, ethics and regulatory matters. Tom was previously Santander UK’s dedicated financial crime lawyer, and prior to that a senior associate at Ropes and Gray. Before Ropes, he spent 4+ years as an associate at white collar crime boutique PCB Byrne, having originally trained and qualified with Allen & Overy.
