Dr. Matteo Bianchi is an immuno-biologist with a PhD from the University Children’s Hospital of Zurich, where he specialized in viral-mediated gene therapy and neutrophil innate immunity. Following his doctoral studies, his work at the University of Zurich and Scripps Research in San Diego centered on antigen design in vaccine research against influenza and HIV and the characterization of polyclonal antibody responses by electron microscopy. Dr. Bianchi joined Molecular Partners in 2020, where he has since focused on immuno-oncology, particularly the development of T-cell engagers for targeting both liquid and solid tumors.
