UPDATE REGARDING MASKING AND VACCINATIONS
We are committed to creating an event where our community, partners, staff and local workforce can have an enjoyable and successful experience, conduct business effectively and do all of this in safety and comfort. Please take a note of some new requirements and efforts we’ve made to ensure this. We will continue to update these as needed based on any changing requirements.
Informa Connect Life Sciences requires all in-person attendees to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19.
We will be making a visual in-person check of vaccination proof on site. We do not wish to transmit or store health data electronically, and so all checks will be done in person. This means we are unable to do this in advance. Proof of vaccination can be the vaccination card, a photo or photo-copy of the vaccination card, or a letter from a doctor confirming vaccination has taken place.
Please note that medical/religious exceptions will only be considered if requests are received in advance of the event. Requests for medical exceptions should be submitted to Tayla.email@example.com in advance of the meeting as further documentation will be required to gain entry.
Informa Connect Life Sciences will also strongly recommend that all attendees, speakers, exhibitors and staff wear masks indoors whilst not actively, eating, drinking or presenting. KN95 masks will be available in a limited supply for those who need a mask onsite.
The health and safety of our customers and staff remain our #1 priority. Our event has been organized in accordance with the CDC’s guidelines, Informa’s AllSecure Health and Safety standards and other local state and city regulations. Should you have any questions or issues regarding our policies, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
