Cédric Weber is the Senior Director of Data Science and Bioinformatics at Alloy Therapeutics, where he and his team develop bioinformatic and machine learning workflows to support antibody discovery services. Previously, he co-founded deepCDR Biologics, an ETH Zürich spin-off focused on the application of machine learning to antibody discovery and optimization, which was acquired by Alloy Therapeutics in 2021. He received his Ph.D. from ETH Zürich, where he developed methods for the simulation and large-scale analysis of B- and T-cell receptor repertoire datasets.
