JAMA Therapeutics (JAMA Tx) is a preclinical-stage biotechnology company developing engineered extracellular vesicle platforms and genetic medicines for inherited cardiovascular and genetically defined neurodegenerative disorders. Its proprietary deVINCI and NEO platforms engineer extracellular vesicles for the transient, DNA-free intracellular delivery of genetic medicine. At Exosome Europe, JAMA Tx will present data on enhanced cargo loading and intracellular delivery, heart-selective delivery in vivo, and nanobody-directed targeting of engineered extracellular vesicles to the heart and brain. The company is building an internal therapeutic pipeline while advancing its scalable delivery platform technologies for co-development and strategic partnerships.
