Conner graduated from The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in 2018. After previously working for M Culinary Concepts in Phoenix, AZ, the Denver native made his way home and joined the Footers Family. Conner won the People's Choice Award at the 2022 Catersource Diced Competition.
