Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to the wedding and event industry from his 13+ years of hands on experience. Tim founded Mangia Catering as a chef working out of his home kitchen and has grown it into the reputable event and catering company it is today. Tim oversees day to day management at Mangia Catering, as well as leads the design and event planning team. Tim is an active participate in the event community and currently sits on the ICA board of directors.
