The Fine Print
- Online registration for the in-person event will close on September 07, 2025. On-site registration will be available throughout the event.
- Online registration for the virtual event will close on September 10, 2025, once the event has concluded.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be requested 57 days before the conference (Monday, July 14, 2025) to receive a refund. All approved refunds are subject to a 10% administration charge. After July 14, 2025, no refunds or credits towards future events will be granted. Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration fee and, if applicable, the full presentation fee.
A paid registration is transferable to a replacement from your company. Registration substitutions or upgrades must be sent to EBDcustomerservice@ebdgroup.com.
Sending a replacement
Please do NOT update your personal profile page with the name and contact data of the new attendee or register the new person in lieu of your attendance.
Please contact EBDcustomerservice@ebdgroup.com if you need to process a replacement.
VIP Codes
Please note that we will not issue refunds for discount codes that were not entered at the time of registration.
partneringONE®
Access to partneringONE® requires each delegate to provide their own personal corporate email address in their delegate details during the checkout process. Since access to the partneringONE system is included in the registration fee, payment is due as outlined above. There will be no refund if you do not attend the event.
