Andrew has over 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry across Asia and the United States. In 2017, he established the healthcare investment practice at VMS, investing in therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices, and CRO/CDMO globally. Since 2021, he has also served as the Investment Partner at Panacea Venture, a global healthcare venture capital firm.

Prior to VMS, Andrew was the China Healthcare Lead Analyst of Barclays. He also served as a healthcare investment banker at Barclays for the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare sector. Andrew began his career at ZS Associates in the United States, providing consulting services in sales and marketing strategy and operations to global pharmaceutical companies. He currently sits on the boards of several healthcare companies.

Andrew holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Cornell University.
