Guy is currently Chief Business Officer at Albatroz Therapeutics and VP of IP & Business Development at Twain Therapeutics. Previously, Guy was VP of Business Development at Hummingbird Bioscience for over two years as well as VP of IP & Business Development at Tessa Therapeutics. In addition, Guy is currently consultant to a number of Singapore biotech companies. Guy has also worked in government sector roles in Singapore as the Director of Technology Development at the National Cancer Centre Singapore and Director of Singapore Health Services IP office. Earlier, Guy held a number of positions in biotech companies in different continents including; Chief Business Officer at Cancer Therapeutics CRC Pty Ltd, Melbourne Australia and Chief Executive Officer at Amaranth Medical Pte Ltd (Singapore), Gateway Capital Pty Ltd (Australia) and Biotech Research Ventures Pte Ltd (Singapore). Prior to moving to Asia/Australia he held positions of Chief Operating Officer, Cancer Research Ventures Ltd and Head of Business Development, Cancer Research Campaign Technology Ltd. In addition to these roles, Guy has been involved in creating and developing over 20 biotech start-ups during his career, including Cyclacel (listed on NASDAQ), Kudos (bought by Astra Zeneca), pSiOncology (listed on ASX), Enleofen (bought by Boehringer Ingelheim) as well as numerous multimillion-dollar collaboration and licensing deals. In a previous century, Guy completed his BSc and PhD degrees in the UK and then moved to the US to undertake his post-doctoral research studies at Washington University Medical School, St. Louis. He started his business career in the US with almost 7 years at Hoffmann La Roche managing drug discovery teams in a number of therapeutic areas, before moving back to the UK to begin his business development career in 1995 at Cancer Research Campaign Technology Ltd.
