Javier Tordable is the Founder and CEO of PAULING.AI, where he is building automated systems to help humanity discover new medicines at a speed and scale never before possible. Our mission at PAULING is to dramatically reduce the time it takes to understand disease and create therapies, and help push human healthspan forward by decades.
PAULING.AI is built on the belief that drug discovery should be treated as an engineering and computation problem, not a slow, trial-and-error research process. By combining AI, physics-based molecular simulation, and large-scale compute, the company is working toward continuous, automated therapeutic discovery and a future where finding new medicines is limited only by compute and imagination.
Javier spent 16 years at Google building and scaling global technology systems across Search, Ads, Supply Chain, and Cloud. He has since focused on applying AI, simulation, and advanced computing to the hardest problems in biology and medicine.
He previously worked at Microsoft and interned at McKinsey. Javier holds degrees in Computer Science Engineering and Mathematics and left a PhD in Mathematics to focus on building technology and companies.
