Lanyuan Zhang is a senior research manager at Genertec Meheco, a leading state-owned pharmaceutical company. In this capacity, he has also been seconded as Senior Manager of the Genertec Meheco Translational Research Center and Genertec Kangli Pharmaceutical, and previously served as Assistant Director of Topfond Pharmaceutical Research Institute, where he focuses on identifying and advancing innovative assets from early research toward clinical application.
Before moving into the pharmaceutical industry, he completed his postdoctoral training at the University of Maryland and earned his Ph.D. in from Peking University. His doctoral research centered on neurological and neuropsychiatric diseases.
