Qian Wang is a Director at Harley Street Holdings Limited, an offshore domiciled company, bringing over 20 years of progressive experience in management consulting, M&A, PE/VC, and investment management across the healthcare sector, spanning biotech, medtech, and public health.

Qian founded Harley Street Life Science Ltd., an AI+5G pharma platform focused on out-licensing from China to the 1.9 billion Muslim population. The company has completed a dozen pharmaceutical registrations in the GCC region and conducted three innovative clinical trials for two Hong Kong/China-listed pharmaceutical companies and one innovative pharma startup, enrolling 2,400 patients with GMV reaching double-digit millions. Notably, the company was the first in China's CRO industry to introduce flowcharts and Gantt charts, along with municipality-level standard operating procedures in Chinese for pharmaceutical and clinical trial coordination in the MENA region.

As Chairwoman of Harley Street Capital Advisor Ltd., Qian provides comprehensive family office advisory services in life sciences and select other sectors, leveraging global expertise and on-the-ground experience with UHNWI clients across North America, EMEA, and Asia/Pacific.

Prior to her current ventures, Qian co-founded a China medtech and bio cross-border incubator operating across five Chinese cities, the US, and EU, with extensive experience in cross-border healthcare investments, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and fund formation.

Her career began at McKinsey & Company as the youngest hire in APAC. She subsequently ventured into VC/PE in Europe, including a role at EQT Partners working on a mid-market Euro-Asia fund, raising capital from sovereign wealth funds in Asia. She also held a position in Global M&A and Licensing at Novartis headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.

Qian brings a unique perspective spanning biopharma SPAC listings on NYSE/Nasdaq, global corporate M&A, global CXO and portfolio company management, and family office investing in the life sciences space.

Qian is multilingual, speaking five languages, including Swedish at high school proficiency level. She has lived in Switzerland, France, the UK, Sweden, Germany, Singapore, the GCC, and the USA. She holds an MBA from the INSEAD-Wharton program and has studied at Stockholm School of Economics and Fudan-SISU University.
