Timothy serves as Managing VP in the Citeline Custom Solutions team. With over 20 years’ pharma experience, Timothy has worked in leadership roles in both consulting and the pharma industry.

Timothy wrote the chapter on LCM strategies and tactics in Global Pharmaceutical and Biologics Regulatory Strategy, published by the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society. He also led the team that authored Study on the Impact of Mergers and Acquisitions on Innovation in the Pharmaceutical Sector, published by the European Commission to inform EU industrial and antitrust policy in the pharma sector.
Prior to joining Citeline, Timothy worked in a managerial role for a Japanese pharmaceutical company based in Tokyo, where he helped plan and lead the development of product candidates in therapy areas including oncology supportive care, migraine, and pain. Timothy led product positioning and market analysis for the product portfolio, while also collaborating on partnership and licensing activities for the US and other markets.
Timothy holds a Master’s in Public Health, with a concentration in health economics and pharmacoeconomic modeling. His Master’s dissertation was an economic analysis from the health systems perspective of the launch of a vaccine into a national immunization program; part of the research for his dissertation was published in Vaccine.
Timothy holds an MSc (Public Health) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (University of London), and an MA (Sinology) from the School of Oriental and African Studies (University of London).
Timothy is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese.
