Xing is the Investment Director at Cerulean Capital, where she leads investments with a major focus on healthcare, including diagnostics, digital health, life science tools, and therapeutics.

Prior to this, she worked in strategic investing at BGI Genomics, with experience across direct investment, M&A, strategic partnerships, and fund formation.

Earlier in her career, Xing worked in bioinformatics R&D, including genomic data processing and cloud deployment of bioinformatics workflows.

She brings a perspective spanning technology, corporate strategy, and healthcare investment.

Xing holds an MSc in Molecular Biology from Imperial College London.
