Zach Chia is VP of Strategy & Business Development at Anocca AB. Anocca is a Sweden-based T-cell immunotherapy company developing gene-edited TCR-T cell therapy products in oncology. The company entered clinical development in 2025 with its first clinical programme, VIDAR-1.

Anocca has built a discovery engine that uses programmable human cells to recreate and manipulate T-cell immunity, enabling scalable development of TCR-T cell therapy products. The VIDAR-1 clinical programme is a multi-product umbrella trial targeting KRAS mutations in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The programme is currently being conducted across eight sites in four countries in Europe.

At Anocca, Zach focuses on business development, strategic global partnerships and alliance management. Prior to joining Anocca, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. A neuroscientist by training, Zach holds a joint PhD from Karolinska Institutet and Nanyang Technological University.
