ReWire is an Oxford University spinout developing TRANCERs, a programmable transcription platform for in vivo genetic medicine. TRANCERs use enhancer logic to ensure therapeutic genes are expressed only in the right cell type and state, enabling safer, more durable genetic medicines by overcoming off-target expression and transgene silencing. ReWire is applying the platform to autoimmune disease while enabling next-generation cell and gene therapies through strategic pharma partnerships.
