VENUE & DELIVERIES KEY INFORMATION
For all deliveries, please tell your courier or ensure you label your packages with the below information and to deliver to the following address:

PACKAGES ARRIVE AND PICK UP
Exhibitors can deliver items from Thursday 20th February onwards. The venue will then place your in the exhibition hall on Monday 24th February
Items must be picked up by your own courier that you will need to organise yourselves at the end of Wednesday 26th February by 6pm from Mizuho C room (everything to be clearly labelled with return labels and your company name).
You must ensure your items have broken down and the area is clear by 5 -5:30pm at the latest

DEADLINES - MUST COMPLETE AND RETURN BY FRIDAY 24th JANUARY 2020
Please email Roshni Shah (roshni.shah@informa.com) by Friday 24th January the following:
- Company logo in EPS format; ASAP
- Health & Safety Declaration - please see our health and safety guidelines here
must complete: Click here for the Health and Safety Manual and complete, sign and return); please tick pop up table stand and sign (page 8 and 9 to complete)
- Copy of your Insurance Certificate (we require proof of general/public liability from all exhibitors)
All exhibitors are required to have liability insurance of no less than $1,000,000 property damage, loss or theft and personal injury, naming Informa Connect, (parent company of Asiatides), Westin Miyako] as additionally insured, must be obtained by the exhibitor at his/her own expense. All exhibiting companies must provide show management with a certificate of insurance.
- PASSES: Roshni Shah will be in touch with a link on how to register your passes included in your contract at the end of January 2020. Please await her email.
IMPORTANT TIMINGS- SET UP AND BREAKDOWN
Set up: Exhibitors can set up from 10am– 1pm on Monday 24th February
Breakdown – Exhibitors to breakdown straight after the afternoon coffee break from 3:45pm – 5:00pm on Wednesday 26th February
IMPORTANT: You must be fully broken down by 5pm as your stand area will be cleared and this room is being used for another event.
Opening Hours
The exhibition hall will be open to all attendees during the following hours:
Monday 24th February from 3:15pm- 5:00pm
Tuesday 25th February from 08:00am -7:30pm
Wednesday 26th February from 08:15am -3:45pm
Wednesday 26th February- The exhibition hall will close and begin breakdown at 3:45
YOUR STAND
Exhibitors must not exceed their allocated space. Please be sure to check that your stand will fit within your 3m x 2m space.
The following are provided for all stands free of charge:
1 x table
2 x chairs
1 x power supply
ALL ADAPTERS & EXTENSION LEADS MUST BE PROVIDED BY EXHIBITORS. Informa Connect WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THESE ON SITE.
