Hirotsugu Tanaka, Ph.D., is the Chief Scientific Officer at Crafton Biotechnology, where he leads drug discovery and pipeline development. He has worked at Astellas Pharma Inc. for over 20 years. Originally trained as a molecular biologist and pharmacologist, he has led global R&D projects and corporate strategic initiatives as a global leader.
