Dr. Vaddeboina is currently the Senior Vice President overseeing CMC Operations at Wave Life Sciences. He is an experienced oligonucleotide chemist with over 24 years of CMC experience in pharma and biotech. Before joining Wave Life Sciences in 2021, Dr. Vaddeboina served as Vice President of Technology Innovation, Analytical Development, at Avecia. Prior to Avecia, he worked as Senior Director, Drug Development operations and other positions at AMRI (now Curia). Dr. Vaddeboina earned a PhD in chemistry from Osmania University, India, and a graduate certificate in strategic management from Harvard University.
