Steve Fakharzadeh, MD, PhD - joined Johnson & Johnson (J&J) in 2008, leading US Medical Affairs for Dermatology through 2016 before moving to the J&J Global organization to lead Global Medical Affairs for Dermatology.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Steve was on the faculty in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania, where he still maintains an appointment as Adjunct Professor of Dermatology.
Steve graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned his MD and PhD degrees from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Barnes Hospital of Washington University and his residency training in Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania.
