Anca is Head of Unit of CEF Energy and Renewable Energy Financing Mechanism in the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA). Anca started her career in the EU institutions working at DG Competition in State Aids in Energy and Environment and, subsequently moved, to DG Energy where she became Deputy Head of Unit in DG Energy in the field of Infrastructure and Regional Cooperation. Before joining the Commission in 2013, Anca was a Senior Associate of a US law firm in Bucharest, Romania.
