An expert in distributed energy and energy storage solutions, Barbara Adamska is the author of dozens of publications on photovoltaics, energy storage, and decentralized energy systems. She serves as the President of the Polish Energy Storage Association (PSME), and is a Member of the Coordination Council for the Hydrogen Economy, the Program Council of the Distributed Energy Network, and a permanent expert of the Parliamentary Energy and Climate Team. Between 2015 and 2019, she was also a permanent expert of the Parliamentary Mining and Energy Team.

Barbara is the founder and CEO of ADM Poland, a consulting company operating in the Polish renewable energy market since 2013.

She advises energy companies on business modeling, development and implementation of balancing and energy management services, as well as the construction of independent power and heating systems. She is the author of strategic development plans for four certified energy clusters.

Barbara holds degrees from the University of Warsaw and Kozminski University (MBA). She is a recipient of the “Personality of the Industry” award at the International Renewable Energy Fair RE-energy. According to the Energy Storage Report, she is recognized as one of the 40 most influential women in the global energy storage industry.
