I have been working at the regulatory authority since 2017, and since 2023 I have been leading the Cross‑Border System Operation Coordination Division. I hold a legal qualification and a degree in law, having studied at the University of Latvia. Before joining the regulatory authority, I spent nine years at the Ministry of Economics, where I worked in the Legal Department on a range of policy issues, including those related to the energy sector.
