Rinalds Dimins is a Member of the Management Board and Technical Director at Conexus Baltic Grid, the unified natural gas transmission and storage system operator in Latvia. He is responsible for the technical management and development of the company's gas transmission network and the Inčukalns Underground Gas Storage - one of the key energy infrastructure assets in the Baltic region. Rinalds has more than 20 years of experience in the gas industry. Prior to joining the Management Board in 2024, he served as Head of Inčukalns Underground Gas Storage. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in the modernization and development of gas infrastructure, supporting regional energy security and market integration across the Baltic region.
