Rūta Kriščiūnaitė is Deputy Director for Business Development at Invest Lithuania and an expert in foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction, global business services and data center projects, and large-scale Lithuanian capital investments.
With over five years of experience shaping Lithuania’s national investment narrative, she has played a role in attracting major international investments and strengthening the country’s position as a global hub for FDI excellence. Rūta has also contributed to improving the investment climate to enhance Lithuania’s competitive edge.
Currently, she leads multiple teams and advises both international and local stakeholders on value creation, focusing on the intersection of energy systems, digital infrastructure, talent development, and the rapidly increasing electricity demand driven by AI and data center expansion.
Ms. Kriščiūnaitė holds a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
