Stuart joined bp in 2010 and has built his career in bp’s Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) trading business, working with a wide range of counterparties including both state and private companies as well as producers and end users. After working in bp’s nascent hydrogen business for two years, he returned to LNG in 2022, focusing on growing bp’s LNG portfolio through medium and long-term commercial structures in the Atlantic basin, including the Baltics. He is passionate about creating a positive social impact in energy and advancing gender equity, has a young daughter, and a wife who is co-founder of an energy-focused real estate start-up.
