Profile

Uldis Bariss has served as the Chief Executive Officer of AS Conexus Baltic Grid since 2020. Conexus is Latvia’s unified natural gas transmission and storage system operator.

He brings more than 18 years of professional experience in the electricity utility sector, including previous roles as Chief Commercial Officer and Member of the Management Board at AS Latvenergo.

Uldis Bariss holds a Doctoral degree in Engineering and Environmental Science, an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, and an MSc in Economics from the University of Latvia.
