Dave Wallace is a true digital native with over 25 years of experience, having started his career by helping Yellow Pages get online in the mid-'90s.
Through-out his career, Dave has been obsessed about ensuring that Brands can connect effectively with their customers through digital channels, with a particular focus on the financial services sector. His focus on the end customer and really understanding their behaviours and motivations has been instrumental in ensuring true success for brands such as HSBC, RBS, Manulife, and ANZ in developing and implementing digital strategies that are customer and content first in their approach.
Dave's passion for the customer experience led him to found HeathWallace a specialist agency, that helped Banks and other large Blue-Chip clients to deliver customer-friendly digital services to their customers. He grew HeathWallace internationally, with offices in the US, Asia, and Australia. In 2008, Dave sold HeathWallace to WPP.
His latest business NMD+, is focused on developing customer centric mobile propositions, that add true value to the end customer. Customers include Unifimoney, Aviva, First Abu Dhabi Bank and St James’s Wealth Management.
He currently produce’s and present several podcasts and contribute to several publications and is a founding member of the Web 3 Marketing Association.
