Jo is a Vice President Product Manager at Goldman Sachs with a decade of experience in transforming legacy products and processes in large organizations. She is also a mentor and a public speaker and focuses on financial inclusion, responsible AI adoption for lending and building high-impact digital first journeys. She works with start-ups to help them integrate with legacy systems. She brings a perspective of how organizational structures influence innovation and what it takes to achieve large scale change within firms.

At Goldman Sachs, she works on modernizing loan origination platforms and in her previous role led the launch of onboarding experience for a digital bank, building many first-in-industry experiences for a new, remote world. At Amazon, she worked on large-scale lending for small businesses and building experiences to help small businesses manage their finances and get insights. She’s passionate about building products - she did a meal-kit delivery start-up of her own, built an app for freelance instructors to conduct virtual classes and enjoys building design prototypes for friends and family.

She lives in New York and enjoys picnics and hikes with family and actively participates in urban placemaking projects in the city.
