Catherine Laws is an EVP at Atlanta-based William Mills Agency. During her tenure, she has worked with more than 100 FinTech companies and been instrumental in helping launch several start-ups and also managing communication through numerous acquisitions. She regularly coordinates activities across organizations and provides opportunities for companies with limited resources.

She is responsible for issue trend/analysis, communication and operational planning at a senior executive level including vision/long term planning, organizing, leading, evaluating and problem solving as well as leading her team to produce excellent public relations results. Catherine has been named in PRSourceCode's 3rd Annual “Top Tech Communicators” study for her efforts as an individual PR practitioner.

Before joining the agency, Catherine was in sales and marketing at FiTECH Systems, a leading credit union data processing software vendor. She began her career with Burroughs/Unisys Corporation, a hardware and software supplier, where she was employed for more than 13 years in various sales, marketing and customer support positions, all representing the financial industry.

Catherine earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
