Lucian has been consulting, presenting and writing on technology and retail banking related topics for more than 15 years and is a specialist in the build and management of technology solutions and services in financial services organisations. Lucian has worked with many UK and European top tier retail banks but is best known for his role as Chief Information Officer during the build and launch of Metro Bank, for which he won a prestigious Management Consulting Association award. After spending more than a decade as a consultant at Deloitte, Lucian then worked on another start-up bank and led the build and launch of a UK-based fintech. He enjoys presenting on banking related topics and writes a regular blog on LinkedIn where he comments on developments in UK retail banking, particularly the current account market. Lucian is currently the Chief Information Officer at Mortgage Advice Bureau in the UK.
