Experienced technology leader with a demonstrated track record of over 20 years working across multiple industry verticals including financial services, energy, retail and government organisations. During this time, I have been involved in the engineering of some of the largest IT programmes in the UK. In my current role as CTO of Monument Bank, I lead the design, delivery and operations of the technology platforms that underpin the bank. This also included meeting the technology commitments during the bank licensing phase leading up to Monument Bank getting fully authorised in Q4 2021. In the past, I have played a variety of architecture and engineering leadership roles on several technology programmes across UK, Europe and North America, working regularly with geographically distributed teams. My domain expertise is in the areas of enterprise architecture, agile development practices, data engineering, infrastructure / cloud, and service operations. I have an MBA in Information Technology Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
